Adding the Zoom Integration to Atlas

To add Zoom as an integration for scheduling meetings within Atlas, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://app.atlasassistant.com.
2. In the left-side panel, select “Integrations”.
3. Click “Add Integration”.

4. In the dropdown, select “Zoom”.

5. Click “Continue”.

6. Log in with your Zoom account to authorize the connection.

Once complete, your Zoom account will be successfully integrated with Atlas, enabling seamless scheduling of Zoom meetings within the Atlas platform.

Usage of the Zoom Integration in Atlas

Once your Zoom account is integrated with Atlas, you can easily schedule and manage Zoom meetings directly through the platform.

Scheduling Zoom Meetings:
With Zoom set as the default meeting provider in Atlas, any remote meetings scheduled through Atlas’s chat function will automatically include a Zoom link.

You can create a new meeting by interacting with the assistant in natural language. For example, try typing:
-“Create a 30-minute meeting for this Thursday at 9 AM titled Atlas sync.”
-After a few seconds, the assistant will reply with a card to finalize the meeting details:

-In the meeting card, click “More Options” and then “Add video meeting solution.”

The assistant should confirm that the event is created, and the calendar entry should contain a Zoom link in its description.

Prerequisites:
• Your Zoom account must be successfully connected to Atlas (see “Adding the Zoom Integration”).
• Ensure you are logged in to your Zoom account within the Atlas integration settings.

Removing the Zoom Integration from Atlas

If you need to remove the Zoom integration, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click on Manage > Added Apps or search for “Atlas”.
3. Select the “Atlas” app from the list.
4. Click Remove to deauthorize and disconnect Zoom from Atlas.

Note: Removing the Zoom integration from Atlas will disable automatic Zoom link generation for meetings scheduled through Atlas. Upon removal, any stored data specific to your Zoom account integration will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
