Use this page if you'd like to cancel your Atlas plan.

We're sorry to see you go, but we're here to assist.

If you've decided to cancel your Atlas plan, please follow the steps below.

For Atlas Assistant monthly and yearly subscribers:

  1. Ensure you're logged into the correct Atlas account
  2. On the homepage of the web app, navigate to your workspace.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Under account settings, select Manage Account.
  5. Under subscription billing, select Manage.

Having trouble canceling your Atlas plan?

  • Ensure you're logged into the correct account.
  • Try refreshing your page.

What happens to my account after canceling my Atlas plan?
Your cancellation will take effect after the current billing period ends. Until then, you retain access to paid features.

Send an email to support@useatlas.ai. For the best assistance, please tell us what went wrong and provide a copy of your invoice. If you purchased your plan through a third-party platform, find your order number or receipt ID and contact them directly, as they processed your payment.
